Who I am    Some words about me...    Going digital after 2005

Going digital

I made the transition to autofocus cameras when Z-1 bodies started to be affordable on the second-hand market. The transition to digital photography followed a different pattern, and mostly adapted to the availability of Pentax digital bodies: istDs, K10D, K-1. I almost quitted when Pentax took too much time before issueing a full frame camera, and when APS-C cameras were not seriously competing against smartphones anymore. I resumed intensive activities when Pentax K-1 became available. I am extensively working with photography in my professional activities (incl. research). I am currently preparing exhibitions and promoting my artwork.

I also recently started to use a Ricoh GR III because it is small and easy to carry with me when I do not want to carry K-1 bodies and lenses.
My areas of interest did not change over time. Due to my research and consulting activities, street photography and urban landscape now play a major role in my activities. I am still present in sports photography and accept commissioned assignements in this domain.
